Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen fries evenly on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking.
Fill basket half full (1.5 lbs) with frozen wedges. Deep fry @ 350°F for 4 1/4 to 4 3/4 minutes.
