PREP METHOD: Deep Fry, Convection Oven
Anchor battered mozzarella cheese sticks are mozzarella cheese sticks coated in a crispy batter. Great as an appetizer, side, snack and more!
Preparation
Fry frozen product at 350°F for 4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place frozen product in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake for 3 minutes. Flip product and bake an additional 4 1/2 minutes.
