PREP METHOD: Convection Oven, Deep Fry
Golden Crisp® brand 3-1/4" Ovenable Breaded Mozzarella Cheese Sticks is 3-1/4" mozzarella cheese coated in a seasoned crunchy breading to add crunch and flavor. Developed specially for oven preparation.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen product in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake for 3 minutes on each side.
Fry frozen product at 350°F for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
